Spring Break!!

So over spring break (two weeks ago) I went to NYC for a few days and LOVED it. Here are a couple of things I learned during this mini-vacay:

1. Vacations are amazing! What have I been missing all my life????
2. NYC is overwhelming BUT it’s an overwhelming feeling worth experiencing.
3. Traveling is a gift from God. If you can DO IT. Even if it’s to a next door county/city/state/country whatever….when you travel you learn something new…
4. Speaking of traveling….before you say those coveted “I Do” vows I encourage you to take a mini/or long vacay with your beloved. You will definitely learn if this is the person you could spend the rest of your life with or (sorry) if you’ve been living in a delusional state….just a friendly suggestion
5. I’m clearly meant for the city. I navigated NYC like it was my hometown (Give or take a couple of lost trips, though ;)

Actually there is a new site that has caught my attention: pinterest :) which I totally recommend to those who have idle time to spare.

It’s actually through pinterest that I’ve been inspired and come across some really great ideas! One of which is this blog:
